Quality Control Sample Distribution and Testing
The raw material sample
Samples from each batch are collected, combined, and divided into sub-samples labeled with key details. These are tested for quality, pesticide residues, microbes, aflatoxins, essential oils, and moisture. Additional reference samples are stored for at least two years. All results are recorded in Golden Gate Herbal’s quality system to ensure safety, consistency, and transparency.
The final product sample
Final product sampling follows the same rigorous protocols established for raw materials. Each batch is carefully inspected and tested to ensure consistency, purity, and compliance with the defined standards. Additionally, advanced metal detection analysis is performed as an extra safety measure to eliminate any risk of contamination. All results are recorded, documented, and archived in Golden Gate Herbal’s quality system to ensure traceability and full accountability.
